JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate the sales process for medical products. 

REPORTS TO: Professional Services Operations Manager

• Prepare medical products sales proposals

• Intake of sales orders from Medical Products Sales Rep

• Enter sales orders into our ordering system

• Prepare orders to be sent out to clients

• Research products and prices

• Correspond with clients regarding order status

• Work closely with our Material Management department to ensure we are aligned on inventory, orders and processes

• Identify and create sales process efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills

2. National and/or State certification as an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic required. Paramedic preferred.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and presentation skills

4. Experience with Google applications 

5. Experience with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce) a plus

6. Medical products/services experience preferred
