Premier skilled nursing facility located in Ocean County, New Jersey, is seeking a part–time Medical Records Clerk. The Medical Records Clerk at our facility maintains the medical records in accordance with State and Federal Regulations as well as professional standards of practice and facility policies and procedures to ensure complete, timely, and accurate medical records. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for managing all aspects of the medical patient record from admission to discharge.

· 2 years clerk experience required; experience in Long Term Care setting preferred with experience in medical work with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and record procedure.
