We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Supervisor to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution located in Live Oak, Florida.
The Records Supervisor at Facility is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and administering the written and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) program. This professional is responsible for supervising and managing department operations and maintaining a complete, accurate healthcare record while supervising the medical records staff and maintaining the confidentiality of the healthcare records.
Monday thru Friday, 8am-4:30pm
$23/hr. plus benefits
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in medical records setting preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
