We are currently seeking a Medical Records Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement facility policies and procedures to organize and maintain the medical record (health information) system in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Maintain a medical record system to meet the needs of the facility residents
• Protect medical record information from loss, defacing or destruction before the retention period ends
• Identify incomplete, late and inaccurate documentation and follow-up to ensure information is complete and correct.
• Respond timely and appropriately to all requests for medical records

Requirements:

• Medical Record experience/ preferably SNF and Long Term Care
• Must be organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
• Managing all aspects of the patient record from Admission to Discharge.
• Will be splitting time between Bridgewater and Hillsborough locations, based on needs in the respective buildings
