Medical Records Transcription Supervisor jobs in Green Bay, WI

• Medical Records responsibility to maintain and ensure medical records are in accordance with the Federal and State guidelines, -Files and scans information into resident charts. Collect, assemble, check, and file resident charts as required. 

• Assists with staff scheduling for daily and monthly schedules to maintain propriate staffing levels in the nursing departments. 

• Develop and maintain good working rapport with inter-department personnel 

• Assist with answering phone calls, greeting and escorting visitors 

• Completes all other duties as directed by supervisor 

• Knowledge of managing medical records and/or scheduling, but will train the right candidate 

• CNA certification preferred but required
