Medical Records Transcriptionist jobs in Bangor, ME

This position is a Support Administrative Associate for a busy Physical Therapy practice. Will consider candidates for Full Time or Part Time position between 24-40 hours per week.

Duties will vary but can include:

• Transcription of medical dictation.
• General administrative duties, such as typing, filing, and computer entry.
• Patient reception, registration, and scheduling for multiple professionals.
• Insurance verification, authorizations, and tracking.

Desired Qualifications:

• Transcription experience and interest strongly preferred
• Well organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Customer-oriented communication skills
• Experience with medical and insurance processes preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
