Job Overview
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, perform analysis of discharged medical records for identification of record deficiencies and notification to the responsible medical staff physician.
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and less than one year of previous work related experience. Proficiency of Microsoft Office preferred. Work requires communication skills needed to frequently answer telephone calls and work with multiple interruptions and still sustain positive communication.
