May require Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist (RHDS). Additionally, Medical Records Transcriptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Records Transcriptionist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Busy, long established Internal Medicine Practice seeking a Medical Scribe to work directly with Physician. Usually 2 days a week (no Thursdays or weekends) Average hours are 8:30 AM to 3:30 - 4:00 PM.
