Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk in a medical office setting.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department

- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred

- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
