    **Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient interactions and medical information in real-time. **Duties:** - **Medical Records:** Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient medical records. - **Transcription:** Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently. - **Systems:** Navigate electronic health record systems proficiently. - **Medical Terminology:** Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to ensure accurate documentation. - **ER Support:** Provide support in emergency room settings for timely documentation. - **Anatomy and Physiology Knowledge:** Apply understanding of anatomy and physiology to document medical encounters effectively. - **Medical Office Support:** Assist in maintaining the efficiency of medical office operations. - **Medical Documentation:** Ensure all medical documentation is complete and compliant. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a medical scribe role or similar position is preferred. - Proficiency in typing and data entry skills. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
