University Physicians' Association, Inc. is seeking a full-time Medical Scribe for GI FOR KIDS, a fast-paced pediatric gastroenterology office located in Knoxville, TN.
Responsibilities: The Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant works directly with the physician to document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) the details of the patient's comprehensive medical exam including clinical history, current complaints, diagnoses procedures performed (either by the physician or other healthcare professionals) and medical orders given (including prescriptions and tests).
