    Duties:

    - Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
    - Accurately transcribe and enter medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    - Prepare and organize patient charts for appointments, ensuring all necessary documents and test results are available.
    - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
    - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
    - Coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to facilitate efficient patient care.

    Skills:

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record medical information.
    - Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
    - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
