Medical Social Worker, Home Health - part-time needed!

We are currently looking MSW part-time position to be able to provide the service in certain areas: Taunton and surroundinf areas.

The MSWs provide evaluation and treatment to patients having problems of social and personal adjustment that interfere with independent living or are a reaction to the medical diagnosis and are responsible for developing a treatment plan and providing individual, family or group therapy.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in medical social work or social work license in MA
• 2 years of social work experience in a medical setting, preferably in home health
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Ability to attend 3-day orientation at our Taunton office.
