The scheduler will interact with clients, care staff and caregiver applicants daily.
Familiarity with a CRM is a must. (A@HC uses Clear Care)
The Scheduling Coordinator works directly with Caregivers and clients, ensuring that daily shifts and activities are assigned, accounted for and completed. This position reports directly to the Administrator and works together as a team.
The right candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, a warm inviting personality, proven ability to work well under pressure and be a stickler for covering the details. You must have at least two years of experience with scheduling. A background in caregiving or the equivalent is critical. This is a full time, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm position with on call responsibilities.
This position has on-call responsibilities that are passed between multiple team members, on a rotational basis, to cover night and weekend incoming calls. A growth mindset for taking on additional clients and caregivers is a must.
Hourly compensation starts at $23.00 p/hour, DOE and the right fit.
