The Secretary, Department assists in office related tasks to provide assistance to the team Supervisor for the proper functioning of the department with minimal assistance.
Ensures that all communication between the office and the field staff are informed timely and in the most efficient manner.
Answers all incoming calls that are transferred from the receptionist and relays the information to the team Supervisor or to the appropriate team member.
Provides relief to the receptionist for breaks, lunches or as needed. Performs additional and varied duties as directed by the Team Supervisor with minimal assistance.
