JOB SUMMARY: The principal function is to perform clerical, technical and administrative duties to support the Maintenance and Operations Department. Duties include monitoring work order and key inventory programs. Assists with monitoring access door program, fire alarm and security
systems. Types correspondence, memos, and various forms. Maintains office files. Submits personnel changes, deletions and requisitions. Cross trains in other areas of administrative support. Work requires physical exertion and some heavy lifting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent skills. Must demonstrative basic competence in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Requires one year of job-specific training in office procedures and a variety of computer programs such as Word, Excel or others. Experience
