Additionally, Medical Social Worker (BSW) requires a bachelor's degree of social work. Typically reports to a manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Masters Degree:# Social Work LSW Social Work certification and licensure Interview, Assessment, organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to identify appropriate community resources on assigned caseload and to work collaboratively with patients, families and other staff. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process. #
