The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Utilizing established approaches and standards the BH LCSW will complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others, complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety. The BH LCSW incorporates evidence based approaches in psychotherapy including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Recovery Model. The BH LCSW will demonstrate effectiveness in assessment and diagnosis, including crisis evaluations, individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE). Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Temporary License. Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License. Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License. Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License. Or Upon hire: Washington Social Worker Certificate. 2 years Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.Preferred Qualifications:
