The Social Worker (SW), under direct and continuous supervision by an LICSW, provides biopsychosocial assessment and treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems through discharge planning. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Social Work from a program accredited by the CSWE (Council on Social Work Education), or enrolled in a Master's program to graduate within two months of hire.

Preferred qualifications:

• Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or
• Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
• 2 years of Hospital / Healthcare experience
