Join us in making a difference in the lives of others! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staffing Manager to join our team at Birchwood Cottages, a Senior Living Community that specializes in Memory Care.

At Birchwood Cottages, you will not only build relationships and create memories, but you will be in an environment that empowers, supports, and provides you with the tools to be successful. As RA Staffing Manager, you will provide personalized care to our residents who are living with dementia or other memory impairments.

You will work closely with the direct-care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care possible. Your duties will include:

• Assist with onboarding and orientation process of new hires
• Oversee training process of new hires from start to finish
• Provide coaching and mentoring
• Manage direct-care staffing schedule to ensure there is proper coverage at all times
• Participate in the staffing on-call rotation
• Serve as a liaison between direct-care team and leadership team

Other duties may include:

• Ensure that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life.
• Adhere to and communicate written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
• Assist in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs.
