About your role as a valued Medical Front Office team member:

The ideal candidate will effectively manage their front office day-to-day duties in support of established policies, goals, and objectives while promoting a positive environment for staff and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Comfortable with E.H.R.
• Check’s clients in/out
• Collects co-pays/co-insurance
• Opens/Closes daily batches
• Balance end of day closeout
• Updates Demographics (Picture, address, phone number, insurance cards)
• Uploads insurance cards to E.H.R.
• Schedules/Reschedules visits
• Provides 10-minute call ahead for onsite & telehealth visits
• Prepares No Show/Late Cancelation letters/emails
• Manages technical difficulties
• Manages MS Team Chats
• Manages transfer calls
• Manages E.H.R. messaging
• Manages Fax assignments
• Manages Info emails

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED required 
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and with competing priorities
• A working knowledge of behavioral health preferred
