- Verify provider credentials, including education, training, licensing, and certifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and databases
- Communicate with providers to obtain missing or incomplete information
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the credentialing process
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to credentialing

Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical office credentialing or related field
- Knowledge of managed care organizations and credentialing standards
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
