Job Title: Credentialing and Accounts Payable Specialist

Yellow Bus ABA is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credentialing and Accounts Payable Specialist. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of provider credentialing and accounts payable processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the credentialing process for all providers, including therapists and clinicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance network standards.
• Maintain accurate records of provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and other relevant documentation, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with insurance companies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including human resources and finance, to gather necessary documentation and information for credentialing purposes.
• Process invoices and bills received from vendors, suppliers, and service providers accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts payable records with financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
• Provide support and assistance to the billing team as needed, including data entry, billing inquiries, and other tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in credentialing and/or accounts payable roles .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
