    Job Description: We are seeking a Part-Time Credentialer to join our team on a contract basis. The Credentialer will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for our healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all major insurance companies, Medicare, and ACCCHS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System).

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, including initial applications, re-credentialing, and updates.
    • Ensure timely submission of credentialing applications and follow-up on pending applications.
    • Maintain accurate records of provider credentials and certifications.
    • Coordinate with insurance companies, Medicare, and ACCCHS to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies.
    • Stay updated on credentialing requirements and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in healthcare credentialing, preferably in a similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes for major insurance companies, Medicare, and ACCCHS.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
