Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing and recruitment efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with market leaders to understand market’s needs, position requirements, and promotes the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives
Responsibilities:
· Execute full recruitment life cycle to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, application, checking references and assist with onboarding as needed.
· Assist with preparation and revision of Job Descriptions, Prescreening Questions, and Interview Questions Forms.
· Source applicants through online channels (social media, job boards, resume databases, online communities, etc.), advertising, employee referrals, and professional networks.
· Uses and updates applicant tracking system and other programs to support recruitment efforts.
· Maintain recruitment collateral inventory and all material available for all branches.
· Post jobs to appropriate job board, social media, colleges boards, etc. when applicable.
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
· Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:
· Bilingual SPA – ENG.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
· A minimum of two years previous experience working with a HR, Talent Acquisition, or staffing related team experience with various recruiting techniques.
· Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
· Experience working with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
· Proficient in Applicant Tracking or similar databases/web-based programs.
· Knowledge on sourcing strategy including Boolean search strings, navigation of job boards as well as social media.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
