Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. processes credentialing and recredentialing applications for health care providers. Mails, reviews, and verifies credentialing applications. Being a Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. loads and maintains provider information in an online credentialing database system. Tracks license and certification expirations for medical staff to ensure timely renewals. Additionally, Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. handles and resolves inquiries regarding credentialing information, process, or status. May provide guidance or expertise to less experienced specialists. Requires a high school diploma. May require Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS). Typically reports to a supervisor. The Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist, Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Hourly wage range is $21.19 - $29.87. Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours).

Radia is seeking a Credentialing Licensing Specialist to join our credentialing team! We are growing and are calling for a candidate eager to be part of a great team of credentialing specialists, partner with our physicians and work with multiple state licensing boards.
Shift: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm PST)
Location: Remote
*There is required training for 1 week at the Lynnwood, WA office from 8 am – 4:30 pm.
The ideal candidate can manage competing priorities and understands a multitude of state licensing requirements and/or can easily research requirements for various state licensing boards and federal DEA’s. Responsible for compiling required documents, renewals, and new applications. Finds ways to help make the process seamless for the physicians and seen as a content expert.
