As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare professionals meet all necessary qualifications and credentials. This is a clerical position that requires strong administrative and organizational skills.

    Duties:
    - Process and review credentialing applications for healthcare professionals
    - Verify and validate credentials, licenses, and certifications
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credentialing information
    - Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
    - Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures
    - Utilize computerized systems to input and track credentialing data
    - Provide administrative support to the credentialing department
    - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to credentialing

    Requirements:
    - Previous medical receptionist, or administrative role preferred
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    - Proficient in using computerized systems for data management
    - Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
