Although it says "Full Time 1-9:30pm" below, the hours are actually somewhat flexible but earlier in the day.  The shifts would be morning and early evening as the deli closes at 6pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervisor for Kitchen/Deli

FULL TIME 1-9:30pm

Evenings and Weekends.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, flexible, reliable, and helpful team player to assist the kitchen manager in supervising the deli/kitchen crew.

The ideal candidate will perform all deli counter duties. In addition;

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House in kitchen/deli in the evenings
• Customer Service- Be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous to keep customers coming back. 
• Manage crew breaks
• Enforce state, local, and our own house standards for food safety and sanitation
• Help build and sustain a team environment
• Check quality of raw & cooked foods, establish control to minimize food waste
• Supervise deli counter to keep staff productive and encourage sales
• Ensure proper cleanliness is upheld
