Medical Technologist (ASCP) performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. Follows standardized procedures and helps prepare samples for testing. Being a Medical Technologist (ASCP) analyzes test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Requires a bachelor's degree and must be a certified medical technologist. Additionally, Medical Technologist (ASCP) typically reports to a manager or supervisor. The Orthopedic Technologist is a paramedically trained member of the orthopedic team who works with all health care professionals in delivering excellent patient care and performing all appropriate responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to articulate descriptions of orthopedic conditions based on the understanding of anatomical structures and their relationship with one another. Has the ability to apply, adjust, and remove all common orthopedic devices, using a manual or standard practice as a guide. Required:
