The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing manual and automated routine blood tests, preparing specimens for microscope examination, operating laboratory equipment (including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators), and  supporting management with quality reviews and other administrative functions as assigned.

The ideal MLT candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited MLT program
• ASCP certification 
• Prior acute care experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer systems
