- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines
- Coordinate with mechanics to schedule repairs and order necessary parts
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Process payments for services rendered, including cash handling
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, repairs, and payments
