You'll play a key role in ensuring every fire safety test is meticulously documented, guaranteeing both facility and regulatory compliance. Your skills in translating complex data into clear, well-written reports will be essential.

Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, professional reports on fire safety system tests.
- Translate complex test data into easy-to-understand documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records for future reference.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues for seamless communication.
- Ensure all testing adheres to local fire safety regulations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in fire safety or a passion for keeping people safe.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience: 0-2 years of administrative support experience
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This role involves standard office work: sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- You'll need good communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with colleagues and customers daily.
