Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles, as well as the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining product documentation, as well as managing standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position reports directly to the DSCSA Manager and requires the right candidate to be in the office 5 days a week at our Shreveport, LA headquarters. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, manuals, and online help Gather and analyze technical information from subject matter experts (SMEs) Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy for users to understand Update documentation to reflect changes in products or services Create and maintain SOPs for internal processes Conduct usability testing to ensure that documentation is effective Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing Qualifications: Bachelor
