Additionally, Meeting/Event Assistant conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity. Establishes relationships with vendors for event support services. Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections. May assist more senior event planners in planning larger or more complex events. Duties :

Qualifications :
The successful candidate must have a special interest in working with geriatric residents. In addition, the individual must assume responsibility for learning and following therapeutic recreational techniques and documentation procedures.
Position requires the ability to generate enthusiasm during programs and be willing to participate in special events. Excellent communication skills are needed.
The ability to follow oral and written directions is needed as well.
WORK SCHEDULE
This Full-time position is mid-day hours 9am-5 : 30pm
