Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure efficient operations. You will work closely with various departments to optimize productivity and meet production goals.

Duties:

- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders and production capacity

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines

- Collaborate with the operations management team to identify areas for improvement in production processes

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications

- Analyze data and generate reports on production performance, identifying opportunities for optimization

- Utilize lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications:

- - Proven experience in production planning or related roles

- Proficiency in using planning software and ERP systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
