Meeting/Event Planner plans and organizes live or virtual meetings and events for an organization or external clients. Implements an event strategy to achieve objectives. Being a Meeting/Event Planner researches and recommends event venues. Coordinates meeting logistics, including attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology. Additionally, Meeting/Event Planner conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity. Researches and maintains relationships with vendors for event support services. Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Meeting/Event Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Maintenance Planner

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
The Mobile Maintenance Planner defines priorities for criticality of equipment and ensures that reliability centered maintenance tactics are reflected in the maintenance plans. The planner incorporates asset strategies and enhance planning processes to improve workplace safety, service quality and data accuracy. The planning activities contribute to establishing a work environment committed to excellence, by ensuring that labor needs are effectively balanced. This role requires substantial coordination with others. The Mobile Maintenance Planner works closely with the maintenance general foreman and supervisors regarding work priorities and to ensure that work packages accurately reflect the work to be executed in the field.
