Meeting/Event Planner plans and organizes live or virtual meetings and events for an organization or external clients. Implements an event strategy to achieve objectives. Being a Meeting/Event Planner researches and recommends event venues. Coordinates meeting logistics, including attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology. Additionally, Meeting/Event Planner conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity. Researches and maintains relationships with vendors for event support services. Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Meeting/Event Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Planner. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in compiling and recording production data along with preparing records and reports of production, consumption of raw material and other aspects of production.

    Duties:
    · Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders and manufacturing orders

    · Leads implementation and training of scheduling tools within business (ERP - SAP)

    · Calculates factors such as types and quantities of items produced materials used, amount of scrap, and work production rates

    · Management / maintenance of records, files, and documents related to work completed

    · Responsible for management of material planning by opening manufacturing orders, releasing to business units and maintaining MRP parameters to support planning process for current and future demand based on historical data and forecast

    · Prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities

    · Verify and make corrections if needed to manufacturing transactions in order to close work orders

    · Issue stock requisitions as needed

    · Responsible for all cycle count related issues

    · Responsible for timely month end and year-end reporting

    · Knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access programs needed.

    · Communicate customer order risks to customer service

    · Responsible for DSA to customers

    · Ability to work additional hours with short notice

    All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    · Associates degree or equivalent from 2-year College, or 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required.

    · 3 years' experience in SAP ERP Database required.
