Member Certification Manager manages the certification and credentialing programs of a professional or membership organization. Oversees the development of standards and testing materials. Being a Member Certification Manager develops testing schedules and resource requirements to deliver testing. Collaborates with curriculum designers and instructors to ensure materials present certification requirements accurately and are validated in the certification processes. Additionally, Member Certification Manager develops quality processes to ensure the testing and validation processes accurately measure certification requirements. Optimizes the certification process to ensure members are satisfied and resolves any problems related to the process. May evaluate, select, and monitor outside testing providers to ensure testing quality. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Member Certification Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain in-depth material for accreditation activities (Accreditation Task Matrix, Senior Leader briefings, JNTC Accreditation Reports, accreditation process training, handouts, meeting read-aheads, etc.)
* Analyze program capabilities through matrices, site visits, and in-depth knowledge of joint technical capabilities in order to recommend accreditation of candidate JNTC training programs
* Facilitate and participate in ACM meetings, task reviews, and provide input for the JNTC processes.
* Analyze higher level guidance to and tailor JNTC accreditation program accordingly
* Create/update Standard Operating Procedures, Accreditation Matrices, Concept of Operations, handbooks,
JNTC Catalogs, and meeting summaries.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
* B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience with a minimum of ten (10) years successful experience working with groups and senior officers in the planning and execution of joint military operations and training
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
* Experience with the application of modeling and simulation systems, instrumentation systems, communications networks, and after-action review tools in joint training events
* Experienced with use and manipulation of relational databases
* Highly experienced with online research and training systems
* Ability to research, analyze, write, and present authoritative theses.
* Able to use government training systems, execute electronic records keeping, and maintain document control
* Able to operate audio-visual equipment
* Be physically able to travel world-wide. Travel estimate - 25% to 40% pending pandemic restrictions
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and
departments
