BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applying and maintaining all best practices of ABA Therapy
• Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Ensure parental participation during sessions
• Having a great attitude and love working with small children

BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable form of transportation
• BLS certification
• Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children, lift 50 lbs. (child)
• Complete RBT training process to become RBT certified
