Member Certification Specialist coordinates the certification and credentialing programs of a professional or membership organization. Participates in the development of standards and the creation of testing materials. Being a Member Certification Specialist maintains and monitors a test scheduling system or database. Organizes resources to implement testing schedules and sessions, including locations, testers, technology, and materials. Additionally, Member Certification Specialist assists members with information about programs and resolves any issues with the process. Interfaces with and monitors outside testing providers. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Member Certification Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Our Member Experience Generalists act as onsite-leads, using their leadership skills and resources to support branch Team Members, while ensuring our Members receive the legendary service AAA is known for.

What You Will Do:
Support branch Team Members with AAA Member needs, including DMV, cashiering, auto travel, notary, and insurance sales
Cover office administrative and operational duties in absence of Manager or Team Lead
Coordinate workflow and resources in the branch setting
Actively promote AAA products and services to achieve goals
Track sales and performance measurement and assist in overall process improvement
Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
What You Will Need:
Excellent multitasking and computer skills
Accuracy and comfort handling money, making change, and balancing a cash drawer
Insurance industry knowledge and/or P&C License (Preferred)
2-3 years of leadership experience
Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
Bonding and fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required
High school diploma/GED and valid Driver's License
