Member Records Administrator jobs in Alamogordo, NM

Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Records Management Lead opportunity for our customer in Carlsbad, NM to support the DOE’s Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) Project.

Work Locations will be at the Skeen Whitlock Building in Carlsbad or at the WIPP Site.

Schedule: 9/80s (every other Friday off)

Job Duties:

• Provide support for transition of paper records to electronic media.
• Applies technical and operational knowledge of record transition to personnel; provide training and collaborate with Records Management Project manager.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning and overseeing work assignments.
• Provide support to ensure records are maintained in a secure location.
• Perform quality reviews of scanned records.
• Compile and submit production reports.
• Collaborate with the Records Manager/Project Manager to ensure personnel, equipment, space, and infrastructure resources are available to meet production requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• This position requires a minimum of 4 years prior leadership experience.
• Prior records management experience is highly desired.
• Intermediate-to-advanced user of MS productivity suite & collaborative applications to include Office and SharePoint.
