Position: FT - Electronic Health Records Administrator/ Database Administrator ($62K - $65K) (Hybrid).

Essential Functions of the Electronic Health Records Administrator/ Database Administrator:
- Provide leadership and capacity in the selection of correct EHR tool(s) and customization to meet the needs of program models and agency goals.
- Lead the development of OUs and roles to match existing programs and staff roles to efficiently define user access in compliance with principles of least privilege.
- Author and maintain reporting/dashboarding to leverage EHR data to support agency growth, verifying contractual obligations, quality assurance, and data-based stories.
- Coordinate with the QA team to ensure quality data entry and auditing of services in compliance with regulations, VYH policies, and contracts.
- Monitor EHR performance and identify access issues and service problems.
- Support security-aware best practices and security audits of EHR tools.
- Be the primary point of contact for EHR vendor coordination including implementing improvements and supporting new initiatives utilizing tool improvements.
Qualifications of the Electronic Health Records Administrator/ Database Administrator:
- She/he shall possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and either equivalent experience or demonstrated education in database reporting and administration.
- At least foundational knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- The administrator will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage team members, coordinate multiple tasks, and will possess sound judgment.
- They must never have been convicted of any child abuse offense.
- Shall possess or obtain required clearances and a valid driver's license.
