Member Records Administrator maintains the membership database for organization. Processes and inputs member enrollments and renewals to database. Being a Member Records Administrator performs periodic audits to ensure member records are up-to-date coded correctly. Resolves any member issues with enrollment. Additionally, Member Records Administrator designs and generates routine and ad-hoc reports for management review. Coordinates maintenance and upgrades to database software. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Member Records Administrator work is closely managed. Records Coordinator

  • Under moderate supervision, the individual performs diversified record duties of confidential nature in support of the Town Clerk’s Office. Produces public records requests per Florida Statutes and processes legal documents in compliance with court orders.
     
    Provides support with the Town Council agenda, accounts receivable, advisory boards, and committees. Individuals perform general clerical tasks related to the management of confidential documents and the preservation of Town records. Performs a variety of administrative duties related to the department and Town operations. Provides high-level customer service-based support. Reports to the Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerk.Required 
    • Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
    • Four (4) or more years of progressively responsible experience in records management and administration such as confidential records, medical records, preparation of agendas in agenda software, ordinances, resolutions, and accounts receivables in payroll software. 
    • Additional qualifying experience in a job-related field, may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
    Preferred 
    • Experience in administrative support in municipal government.
    • Knowledge of New World, GovQA, FOIA, Granicus Agenda Software, and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.



     



    • Work schedule is based on Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-6:00pm. Schedule never to exceed forty (40) hours per week.
