Being a Member Records Administrator performs periodic audits to ensure member records are up-to-date coded correctly. Resolves any member issues with enrollment. Additionally, Member Records Administrator designs and generates routine and ad-hoc reports for management review. Coordinates maintenance and upgrades to database software. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Member Records Administrator work is closely managed.     Job Summary

    TheFinancial Records Administratorinteracts with accounting staff/teams, community managers, CPAs and other management companies to compile, provide, or distribute financial documents or reports under a variety of circumstances.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Coordinate and track client year-end financial audits
    • Upload monthly financial statements and notify Community Managers
    • Coordinate monthly financial statement prep packets
    • Obtain monthly bank statements
    • Sort and distribute bank statements received via mail
    • Prepare budget templates in the on-line Budget Tool
    • Scan and distribute P-Card statements to the appropriate users
    • Obtain coded Reserve reallocation schedules from Community Managers
    • Coordinate transition of accounting records to new management companies
    • Coordinate record archive for accounting department
    • Tracking status of audit completion and providing detail/communication to CMC
    • Assist with special projects and research as instructed by Controller-Client Accounting.
    • Other duties as assigned.
