Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Summary: As the Director of Emergency Services, you'll oversee operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Lead service development, personnel management, and resource allocation to deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve real/potential problems affecting service
- Participate in hospital committees, providing ongoing communication
- Advance patient experience agenda in the Emergency Department
- Coach and mentor subordinates, ensuring individual development
- Enforce standards of emergency department care and ensure compliance
- Develop, implement, and evaluate ongoing emergency services program
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards
- Ensure department's operational excellence and quality services delivery
- Support recruitment process to secure staffing talent
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- 💼 3 years of experience in emergency services and leadership role
- 📝 Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Florida
- 🏥 ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications required
