Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Position Overview:
Seeking dynamic individual for a Member Services Director role working with various populations and clientele at our state of the art and newly constructed Recreation Center. The Rec will pioneer and promote the integrated health model in providing a seamless integration of performance training, fitness and wellness, nutrition, rehabilitation, recovery, child care, and recreational sport activities all under one roof.
The Rec is based on a fluid and fast-paced professional team environment where all staff are required to wear multiple professional hats, and work within a highly supportive team environment. All staff are required to be highly professional, supportive, respectful, and valued for their unique talents and experience at all times.
The ideal candidate will have the professional opportunity to advance to a role beyond the listed post based on the performance, management, and success of the Member Services Department and the Rec as a whole.
