The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment programs.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of social work, or related mental health field; Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
License: Appropriate state licensure in mental health.
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. CPR certification is required. AMSR Training is required within 30 days. You will need to successfully complete our current training for restraints and seclusions. This training will need to be done prior to assisting in any patient restraints or seclusions and within 30 days of employment.
