We are looking for an experienced Manager-HR Services to Supervise HR services, Benefits, and Staffing for our South Texas operations. This position requires strong organization skills, communication skills and problem solving skills!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises HR services, Benefits, and Staffing
• Maintains Timekeeping Responsibilities
• Manages PIP Coordination
• Generates SAP Reports and Analysis
• Performs Organizational Updates
• Coaches Leadership in Discipline Investigations
• Conducts HR Legal Issues Training
• Conducts Exit Interviews
• Performs analysis of HR policies
• Performs analysis related to HR trends/best practices
• Researches HR issues/challenges
• Supports Compensation/Benefits/HRIS projects as needed
• Maintains compliance with HR legal issues
• Administrative support as needed
• Organizational Changes - Cost Centers, Organizational Structure,Transfers, etc.
• Trains SAP Users/Trouble Shooting
• Works with IS, Configuring SAP, Setting-up reports, etc.
• Meets with Users, Gathering requirements, etc.
• Performs the functions of the benefits supervisor. Refer to Benefits Mgr or Supervisor job description .for more details
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree - Required
• SHRM Certification highly desired
• Experience-5-8 Years Related Experience
• Advanced SAP Skills and Successfactors experience
• Superior Analytical Skills
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not require
• Strong Organizational Skills
