What You’ll Do

The Panera Bakers will perform a variety of Baking and other duties within our fast food / snack bar establishment which may include completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Baking fresh bread and pastries.
• Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
• Support your manager and team.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of all products and ingredients within the Baker’s environments are maintained.
• Troubleshooting baking equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all the required tasks and expectations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years strong baking experience.
• Has ability to inspire others to perform at a high level.
• Demonstrates a tireless work ethic, and able to multi-task.
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to spend the majority of the shift on your feet.
