Manages the recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff. Additionally, Member Services Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The Member Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Job Summary:
Montecito Club, located in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, is seeking a highly motivated Member Services/Front Desk Agent. The position is responsible for being the face of the club for members and guests, providing exceptional administrative support to Member Services Managers, while exercising discretion and the utmost of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, direct calls, provide program and property information for members using professional and appropriate verbiage
-Receive and process email correspondence using professional and appropriate verbiage
-Receive and process dining reservations, movie theater reservations, and special event registration
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to members
-Communicate to colleagues and management team any vital information, club updates, member feedback, or any issues that arise.
